Xirokambi has plenty of great outdoor activities to offer. The village is perfect for visits to the renowned city of Sparta and the Byzantine castle of Mystras. It makes a great starting point for walks up the mountain slopes. Or you can go cycling or walking in the green valley. Combine your stay with an outdoor photography workshop or learn how ancient pebble mosaics are made.

When to come

Xirokambi is a great place to visit all year round. The climate is mild and the amount of rainfall limited. Take a look at the seasonal highlights to see what time of the year fits you best. Outdoor activities are possible in all seasons.
